This classic guide makes the techniques – and the enormous benefits – of hypnosis and self hypnosis available to everyone.

This book is an extremely useful reference guide to the layperson and also the more experienced practitioner. A sound introduction to the subject.

This book clearly explains what hypnosis is, what to expect when you visit an hypnotherapist, how to use self hypnosis and one theory of how the mind and subconscious works.
