She recognised the importance of combining Western beliefs with those from the East and so travelled to a number of countries including India, Nepal and Thailand.
Sarah gained unique experience and knowledge which inspired her to focus on complementary health. On her return to England she specialised in Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and NLP. She gained qualifications recognised by the National Register of Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists (NRHP) and the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP-H). She later went on to gain qualifications recognised by ITEC in anatomy, physiology and massage, a Diploma in Aromatherapy and a further Diploma as a Chiropath - a recognised course compiled and taught by Jan de Vries for therapists working in his clinics
Sarah spent a number of years working for one of the world’s leading complementary therapists in London. She has been personally trained, acquiring unique and specialised skills. She continued to study gaining an Advanced Diploma in Hyono-Psychotherapy and a Masters Degree researching the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy.
